Cancellation and Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

At tosheeza saith, our goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all our valued customers. However, we understand that order cancellations may be necessary in certain circumstances. Please review our updated cancellation policy below:

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • COD orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is strictly not allowed.

Refund & Compensation Policy

  • As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds in any form (including bank transfer, credit card reversal, etc.).
  • In case of an approved cancellation, a coupon or online store voucher equivalent to the paid amount will be issued.
  • This voucher can be redeemed on your next online purchase at Tosheeza saith.

Exchange polices


  1. An exchange will only be considered in the rare cases on defective or incorrect item
    that has been delivered to the customer. We will strive to resolve such matters
    promptly, depending on the specific circumstances.

  2. There is no exchange policy based on the customer's preferences regarding the
    outfit, as all the outfits are made for our valued customers.

  3. In case of any exchange, the customer is required to inform our customer service
    team within 48 hours and return the outfit to our given address within 5-7 days of
    the delivery: otherwise, the request will not be catered.

  4. An equal amount of voucher/discount code can also be offered.

  5. Outfit can be exchanged if the product received does not matches the ordered size.

  6. All mailing or shipping costs related to the exchange of a defective item will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

  7. We aim to process all the exchanges within 14 working days.

  8. We don’t offer refund in any case for both domestic and international customers.

  9. We only offer a voucher/discount code of the same amount.

Note: Sales items are not exchangeable, but the customers can raise the exchange request on size issue.
